Designing ice skaters' dresses and costumes for over two decades as well as other costuming, including bridal apparel,
Cher served as the official seamstress
of the 1998 World Figure Skating Championships at the
Target Center
in Minneapolis.
Cher holds a
Design/ Merchandising degree from the University of Minnesota.
She can be found in her studios, doing what she loves to do.
